Must have:
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs
- A creative, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian
- Knowledge on LLMs
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Knowledge on RAG
- Engage effectively with AI teams
- Operationalize prototypes
- Ensure seamless handover of prototypes
- Thrive as a collaborative developer in an Agile environment
- Embrace a lifelong learning mindset
- Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks
- Develop practices and guidelines for consistency and reuse
Good to have:
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB
- Deployments/infrastructure

YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong comprehension of restful APIs
- A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Knowledge on RAG
