As the IT Developer Intern, you will develop, code, configure, test, debug, maintain, enhance and install software product for new and ongoing business projects. You will collaborate with HR subject matter experts in requirements analysis, system design, and delivering solution to best support business needs. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the implementation and support of the company’s HR & Payroll application system.
- Participate in system design, writing and implementing efficient code.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Maintain system documentation.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical specifications and user manuals.
