As the IT Developer Intern, you will develop, code, configure, test, debug, maintain, enhance and install software products for new and ongoing business projects. You will collaborate with HR subject matter experts in requirements analysis, system design, and delivering solutions to best support business needs. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. The essential duties and responsibilities include the implementation and support of the company’s HR & Payroll application system. It also involves participating in system design, writing and implementing efficient code. Additionally, maintaining and upgrading existing systems, helping troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues, maintaining system documentation, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical specifications and user manuals.
