Job Description
Employee Engagement
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement across the organization.
- Foster a culture of open communication by creating safe spaces for feedback and dialogue.
- Support managers in building a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and deliver quarterly and annual employee activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Organize employee dialogue sessions to encourage transparency and collaboration.
- Champion Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives within the workplace.
Employee Communication
- Oversee internal communication efforts for the site, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
- Manage content and scheduling for Digital TV broadcasts.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly townhall meetings, including emceeing responsibilities.
- Administer employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with global teams to localize and publish internal communications.
- Maintain and update employee-related calendars, including shift schedules and fiscal timelines.
Training & Development
- Lead the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA), including assessment, instructional design, and training plan execution.
- Manage training budgets and claims through HRDC, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers (e.g., universities, consultants) to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and upskilling initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness across feedback, learning, and application levels.
- Plan and conduct onboarding programs for new hires in professional and management roles.
- Ensure compliance through proper documentation and record management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, internal communications, and training & development.
- Proven experience in planning and hosting employee events, including townhalls and large-scale engagement activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent emcee (MC) skills with confidence in public speaking, event hosting, and engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling messages.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement strategies and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in managing internal communication platforms (e.g., Digital TV, newsletters, intranet) and survey tools.
- Familiarity with HRDC fund management and budget planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
