- Develop podcast episodes that delve deeper into technological expertise.
- Prepare and conduct interviews with senior employees.
- Edit and assemble audio recordings into a professional final product.
- Publish on the internal podcast learning channel.
- Advise on the form and style of the podcasts to make knowledge transfer as effective as possible.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation.
- Education in journalism, media, communication or similar.
- Interest in storytelling, interview techniques and audio journalism.
- Basic knowledge of audio recording and editing software.
- Curiosity and the ability to present complex subject matter understandably and engagingly.

About the assignment
Our company works on complex high-tech solutions. Many of our senior employees have unique knowledge and experience that we want to capture and pass on to new colleagues. Podcasts play an important role in this.
Your assignment consists of the following tasks:
- Developing podcast episodes that delve deeper into our technological expertise.
- Preparing and conducting interviews with senior employees.
- Editing and assembling audio recordings into a professional final product.
- Publishing on our internal podcast learning channel (currently internal only).
- Advising on the form and style of the podcasts to make knowledge transfer as effective as possible.
- Using AI tools for content creation.
