Your missions and responsibilities:
Customer database management
- Manage system configuration, implementation, settings, and specific developments.
- Organize the collection, standardization, and structuring of customer data.
- Determine and implement methods to improve the quality and enrich the customer database.
- Guarantee the quality, accessibility, and reliability of information throughout its processing.
- Pilot corrective and evolutionary developments of the CRM system.
Sales and marketing analysis
- Study customer profiles and perform marketing segmentation.
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends and propose improvements.
- Anticipate and readjust segmentation and commercial offers to adapt them to the market.
- Analyze product offers and study their impacts.
- Set up and monitor tracking tools to analyze the profile of customer-users.
- Perform regular sales and marketing analyses (win rate, profitability, Order Intake, Sales expense ratio).
- Produce recurring reports on sales and commercial effectiveness.
Project management
- Support change related to CRM implementation among stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and partners.
- Coordinate service providers and suppliers (information systems and booking tools).
- Manage the budget and evaluate the cost of interventions.
User support
- Monitor user activity, data quality, and responses provided.
- Analyze CRM effectiveness for customers and report during meetings.
- Manage feedback and propose improvements in collaboration with the CRM technical manager.
- Identify with users the digital tools that can optimize their performance and business objectives.
Possible missions
- Lead and supervise a team of functional analysts and developers responsible for designing application evolutions.
Key interactions:
- Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Customer Success / Marketing (Segment, PLM) / Human Resources / Finance
Main KPIs:
- Accuracy of Order Intake forecasts (ideally ±3%).
- Sales expense ratio (Revenue / operating costs).
- Data quality (pipeline, customer data, opportunities).
