Job Description

At Hogarth, an Account Executive acts as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing the successful delivery of localisation projects from conception to completion. They are responsible for understanding client needs, translating those into actionable briefs for internal teams, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality control, and ultimately fostering strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. This role involves day-to-day account administration, supporting the Senior Account Manager, preparing cost estimates, organising meetings, maintaining status sheets, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage project updates and identify risks.

Must Have:
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account, supporting the SAM and wider team with incoming briefs and preparing cost estimates
  • Helps organise and attend internal team and client meetings
  • Update and maintain status sheets and PO trackers
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders e.g. production teams.
  • Liaises with clients as well as external stakeholders to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates/deadlines.
  • Liaise with campaign leads to obtain campaign updates and report any issues/delays to them as well as SAM
  • Identify potential project risks and if needed, escalate to SAM
  • Support SAM in managing POs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets
  • High level of IT literacy, e.g. MS office
  • Fluent oral and written English essential

What does an Account Executive do at Hogarth?

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.

You will work closely with Client Services, Production Department

Requirements

  • Some experience of working in a TV, print or digital production role
  • High level of IT literacy, e.g. MS office
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is enthusiastic and motivated
