Job Description

Hogarth is seeking a Trainee Events Producer in Madrid, Spain, to join its global content production team. This role involves coordinating special actions, managing projects from conceptualization to execution, acting as a client liaison, and overseeing budgets and supplier negotiations. The trainee will also supervise production elements, analyze project impact, and apply learnings for future optimization, contributing to Hogarth's mission of delivering engaging content for top global brands.

Must Have:
  • Coordinate all phases of special actions under supervision
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to final execution with the team
  • Act as a point of contact between client, creative teams, and suppliers
  • Create and manage detailed budgets, ensuring profitability and compliance
  • Negotiate with suppliers and outsource services as required
  • Oversee installation, assembly, and disassembly of production elements
  • Study the impact of special actions, collect data, and report to client
  • Incorporate learnings to optimize future projects
  • Student of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
  • Interest in the management and development of events, special actions
  • Attention to detail and responsibility
  • High communication and project management skills
  • Team work
  • Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university or school
  • High level of English

Responsabilities

Requirements

  • Student of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
  • Interest in the management and development of events, special actions, etc.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility
  • High communication and project management skills
  • Team work
  • Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university or school
  • Experience in account management and/or digital projects will be a plus
  • High level of English
