Job Description

Hogarth, a WPP company, is seeking a Trainee Print Project Manager in Madrid, Spain. This role involves supporting the comprehensive management of printing projects from pre-production to delivery, coordinating with various teams and suppliers, and ensuring quality standards. The trainee will assist with quotes, cost control, and research new solutions, documenting key learnings. This is an on-site internship with potential for teleworking, offering a dynamic environment and training.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience (even academic) in production or printing will be positively valued.
Must Have:
  • Support in the comprehensive management of printing projects (graphic, editorial, packaging, etc.) from pre-production to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with designers, art directors, account managers, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of materials.
  • Participate in production meetings, prepare timelines, and monitor deliverables.
  • Assist in requesting quotes and controlling costs alongside the senior team.
  • Review final artwork, color proofs, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Carry out quality control and logistics of printed materials.
  • Research new suppliers, materials, and printing solutions.
  • Document processes and key learnings from each project.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields.
  • Interest in printing, graphic production, and technical processes.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Previous experience (even academic) in production or printing will be positively valued.
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn in a creative and dynamic environment.
