Trainee Print Project Manager
Job Description
- Previous experience (even academic) in production or printing will be positively valued.
- Support in the comprehensive management of printing projects (graphic, editorial, packaging, etc.) from pre-production to final delivery.
- Coordinate with designers, art directors, account managers, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of materials.
- Participate in production meetings, prepare timelines, and monitor deliverables.
- Assist in requesting quotes and controlling costs alongside the senior team.
- Review final artwork, color proofs, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Carry out quality control and logistics of printed materials.
- Research new suppliers, materials, and printing solutions.
- Document processes and key learnings from each project.

Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate in Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields.
- Interest in printing, graphic production, and technical processes.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
