MISSION OF THE POSITION
The Senior Events Producer is a key role within the Condé Nast Commercial Creative Spain Events team. They will be responsible for leading the production of some of the most strategic and high-visibility projects, providing senior expertise in decision-making and ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability. They will work closely with the rest of the team to plan and execute editorial tentpoles and branded events that reflect the values of our brands and exceed advertiser expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS
- Lead the integral production of assigned events (pre-production, production, and post-production).
- Manage and control budgets, optimizing costs and margins.
- Coordinate suppliers, agencies, and technical teams (venues, audiovisual production, decoration, catering, staffing).
- Collaborate closely with the PR team to integrate communication, guests, celebrities, and coverage into each event.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creativity, Video, Delivery, and Production to ensure aesthetic and narrative consistency.
- Act as a senior reference within the team, providing expertise in processes and decision-making.
- Identify and negotiate with strategic suppliers to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Drive innovation in formats, spaces, and technologies applied to events.
- Prepare post-event results reports, including impact metrics and learnings.
KEY INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Sales, PR, Brand Marketing, Creativity, Production, Editorial, and Delivery.
- External: Clients, production agencies, venues, institutions, suppliers, and talent.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 6 years of experience in event production in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale and high-visibility projects.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, assuming leadership in certain events and supporting others.
- Budget management and negotiation skills with suppliers.
- High aesthetic sense, knowledge of cultural trends, and sensitivity to Condé Nast's editorial universe.
- Experience in managing premium clients and dealing with VIP profiles.
- High level of English (oral and written).
