IO Operator - New York

Untold Studios is a creative community focused on producing outstanding content while enjoying the process. The IO Technologist role requires in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit to manage data workflow challenges. Responsibilities include assisting artists and production teams with artwork creation, media/data management, and conform workflows, along with expertise in A/V formats, delivery specifications, and quality control.

Must Have

• Working effectively as part of a team
• The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
• The ability to take direction and a willingness to interpret and address constructive feedback
• Communicating your thoughts and ideas clearly in a professional and positive manner
• Assisting Artists and Production teams with Artwork Creation, Media/Data Management and Conform workflows
• In depth knowledge of A/V formats and how they relate to content creation and delivery
• Experience with delivery specifications and the ability to adapt and create new transcoding processes
• Experience with Quality Control - identifying bugs and faults with outgoing assets
