A successful PRQ OPM is a leader and facilitator, dynamic, driven, organized, detail-oriented, excels in program management, and thrives in an ambiguous environment, adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. The PRQ OPM must possess a technical background to collaborate with highly skilled engineering teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus, and execute mitigations swiftly. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with OEMs, influencing decisions, and communicating KPI metrics to the executive team through dashboards and reports. This role involves up to 15% international travel.
