Job Description
Maintain island landscaping on Disney's private island in the Bahamas, including weeding, watering, trimming, pruning, and fertilization. Operate guest trams, power trimmers, chainsaws, and tractors. Work independently, report abnormalities to supervisors, maintain organized work areas, and complete daily checklists. Experience in landscaping, gardening, or pest control is preferred. The role requires adhering to safety protocols, emergency duties, environmental guidelines, and living in a structured environment on a private island. A valid driver's license and criminal background check are necessary. Drug testing is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain island landscaping, trees and plants – weeding, watering, trimming, pruning, and fertilization
- Drive Guest trams on call days
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment including, power trimmer, chain saw and tractors
- Able to work independent and report all abnormalities to Supervisor
- Keep work areas, tools and storerooms neat and organized
- Fill out daily checklists
- Fulfill other duties as required by Supervisor
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or pest control is preferred.
- Ability to read and write
- Supporting documentation indicating related experience
- Valid driver’s license
