Job Description

GoFundMe is the world’s most powerful community for good, dedicated to helping people help each other. The IT Administrator — Level 1 will provide front-line IT support, focusing on MacOS users, installing and maintaining Mac computers, and delivering AV support for various events. The role also involves managing network access, supporting cloud services, and maintaining accurate records.
Must have:
  • Provide front-line IT support, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on MacOS users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Mac computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Deliver AV support for meetings, presentations, video conferences, and company events.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network access (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and office infrastructure.
  • Support cloud-based services and user onboarding, including account setup and device provisioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, tickets, and support logs.
  • Travel occasionally within Buenos Aires to support off-site events as needed.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools
  • Experience with platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack
  • Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next IT Administrator — Level 1 to join our IT team in Buenos Aires. You’ll be the first line of desktop, MacOS, and AV support, helping us run smoothly and serve our global teams with purpose and efficiency.

The Job

  • Provide front-line IT support, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on MacOS users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Mac computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Deliver AV support for meetings, presentations, video conferences, and company events.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network access (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and office infrastructure.
  • Support cloud-based services and user onboarding, including account setup and device provisioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, tickets, and support logs.
  • Travel occasionally within Buenos Aires to support off-site events as needed.

You

  • Possess 1–3 years of IT support or help-desk experience, ideally with MacOS systems and AV setups.
  • Proficiency in MacOS setup and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Strong hands-on experience with conference rooms, displays, video conferencing tools, microphones, and projectors.
  • Have solid written and oral communication skills, including fluency in English, to liaise with international teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Hold a relevant credential (BA/BS or equivalent experience) or demonstrate strong practical aptitude.

Preferre

  • Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.
