As IT Administrator, you’ll ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable while continuously improving our cloud and workplace setup.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, automate and develop our cloud infrastructure and workplace systems
- Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user groups
- Coordinate hardware procurement and inventory with external partners and internal users
- Manage endpoint security, including updates, patching, and monitoring
- Collaborate on IT security, compliance, and data protection with internal and external experts
- Create and maintain technical documentation (policies, workflows, architecture)
Your Qualifications & Skills
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in system administration or IT operations, ideally in a similar role
- Solid understanding of identity management and access control
- Good experience with network configuration, VPN, and endpoint management
- Familiar with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Awareness of IT security and data protection (GDPR) principles
- Good English communication skills (German a plus)
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of process optimization
- Residency in Germany
Nice to Have
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
- Experience in Windows administration and Microsoft cloud environments
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms and SSO solutions
- Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL)
- Familiarity with IT service and device management systems
- Experience in hardware setup and customization
- Understanding of incident response, auditing, or vulnerability management
