Job Description
Bohemia Interactive is seeking a skilled and meticulous L1/L2 Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot their network infrastructure. Responsibilities include ensuring network uptime and stability at the physical and data link layers, supporting end-users, and collaborating on network development. This role involves installing, configuring, and managing L2 components such as Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and routers (depending on experience). The engineer will also assist technicians in analyzing and debugging network issues, support the DevOps team, document and standardize network configurations, and potentially develop monitoring tools and automate configurations.

Hledáme technicky zdatného a pečlivého L1/L2 síťového inženýra, který bude mít na starosti správu, údržbu a řešení problémů v oblasti síťové infrastruktury.
Budete zajišťovat provozuschopnost a stabilitu sítě na fyzické a datové vrstvě, podporovat koncové uživatele a spolupracovat na rozvoji sítě.
Job Description
- Montáž/demontáž, konfigurace a správa:
- L2 komponent
- Wi-Fi přístupových bodů
- Firewallů
- Routerů (dle zkušeností)
- Podpora techniků při analýze a debugování síťových problémů
- Podpora DevOps týmu
- Dokumentace a sjednocení konfigurace síťových prvků
- Rozvoj monitorovacích nástrojů
- (Dle schopností) automatizace konfigurace
Education/Skills
- Aktivní přístup k problematice a ochota učit se nové věci
- Schopnost samostatné práce a dokumentace
- Dobrá znalost L1/L2 síťové vrstvy, DHCP, autorizace, práce se subnety
- Orientace v routování / L3 (OSPF/BGP)
