Job Description

Do you dream of crafting missions that challenge, surprise, and even frustrate (in a good way) players? We’re looking for a Designer to help shape the singleplayer campaign in Arma 4, designing and implementing story quests that feel dynamic and immersive. You’ll be linking game systems together, making sure everything flows logically—from the first objective marker to the final explosion. Working closely with other designers, you'll tweak, test, and refine until each mission is as engaging as it is replayable. If you love open-world gameplay, have a knack for problem solving, and enjoy making players say ‘just one more try,’ we’d love to have you on board!
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of C#
  • Knowledge of the Enfusion engine
Must Have:
  • Designing and implementing story quests into the singleplayer campaign
  • Linking existing game systems to create a smooth and logical gameplay experience

Job Description

  • Designing and implementing story quests into the singleplayer campaign
  • Linking existing game systems to create a smooth and logical gameplay experience
  • Collaborating with other designers to create and debug content
  • Iteratively improving quests based on testing and feedback

Education/Skills

  • Ability to think in terms of openworld and sandbox design (important for flexible quests)
  • A good level of English (for internal communication, documentation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of C# is an advantage, as it will make it easier to work with scripting and the technical implementation of quests
  • Knowledge of the Enfusion engine is also an advantage
