PlayStation社内において、全世界の全社員・業務委託者がつかう人事システムの構築・保守運用をリードしていただきます。

SIEの人事部はUS、UK、Asiaにあり、IT組織もUS、UK、Asiaにあります。案件ごとに適切な協業先は異なりますが、多くのケースでは海外ITチーム、日本人事と日本の人事領域担当のITエンジニア2名が協力しあい、仕事をすすめています。

現在、日本のみならずアジアを含めたグローバルでのシステム統合を進めており、PlayStation社内システムの大きな変革期をご経験いただけます。

エンジニアだけではなく、ビジネスサイドとも一体となったより良いシステム開発推進のため、最上流から開発に携われるポジションです。

システム開発V字モデルの中流、下流相当の業務を担って頂くことはなく、プロジェクトマネジメントや、プログラムマネジメントの役割、US ITチーム、日本人事部との円滑なコミュニケーションを期待しています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications

【必須（MUST）】

・ITプロジェクトにおけるリーダー経験（規模は問わず）

・他者を巻き込み問題解決していく積極性とコミュニケーション力

【歓迎（WANT）】

・人事領域のプロジェクトもしくは運用知識、経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントスキルと経験(2年以上あるとなおよい）

・よりよいビジネスを実現させるため、社内外のメンバーと積極的にコミュニケーションが図れる方

■語学力 / Language Skills

【英語】

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外社員と仕事を進める上で会話が発生します）

【日本語】

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上。日本のビジネスサイドとは日本語で会話します）
