Job Description

SailPoint, a leader in Identity Security, seeks an IT Compliance Analyst to join its internal corporate Identity & Security programs. This role supports Privileged Access Management (PAM) & IT Compliance systems and operations, coordinating activities to maintain compliance with SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO27001, and GDPR, while streamlining and automating compliance processes.
Must have:
  • Coordinate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual user access reviews and provide audit support.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest projects to improve controls.
  • Assist with cross-team remediation project tasks.
  • Collect and develop documentation for internal and external auditors.
  • Manage compliance tools and create dashboards to present compliance data.
  • Provide IT administrative support for financial systems.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Knowledge of compliance or audit testing.
  • Project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and management levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge with SOX, FedRamp or GDPR compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge with IT controls for SOC2, ISO27001 or FedRamp.
  • CISA, CRISC or other related certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment or auditing technology companies.
  • Experience working within a compliance system/tool to automate compliance activity.

Job Details

SailPoint, the industry leader in Identity Security, is looking for an Identity professional to contribute to our company’s internal corporate Identity & Security programs. The IT Compliance Analyst will be a key team member in our growing and impactful organization as SailPoint continues to scale globally as the industry leader in Identity Governance. This position will report to the Manager of Privileged Access Management (PAM) & IT Compliance and will support SailPoint’s internal Privileged Access Management (PAM) & compliance systems and operations.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will be coordinating IT activities in order to maintain compliance with SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO27001, and GDPR, and will provide guidance to help streamline and automate our compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual user access reviews and provide audit support, including generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest projects to improve controls while maintaining a positive team atmosphere
  • Assist with cross-team remediation project tasks
  • Collect and develop documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Manage compliance tools/ create dashboards to present compliance data
  • Provides IT administrative support for financial systems
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Knowledge of compliance or audit testing
  • Project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and management levels
  • Strong organizational skills with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge with SOX, FedRamp or GDPR compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge with IT controls for SOC2, ISO27001 or FedRamp
  • CISA, CRISC or other related certification is a plus

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$46,100 - $65,900 - $85,700

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
