1. Lead the enterprise information system development team, efficiently deliver internal functional systems such as HR, procurement, and finance, empower business process efficiency through technology, and ensure system stability and data security.
2. Establish and continuously improve internal system development standards (e.g., data permission specifications, approval flow engine design, report development framework).
3. Standardize microservice architecture and design reusable business middle-tier modules (e.g., user permission center, workflow engine).
4. Convert non-technical requirements into executable technical solutions, leading business process optimization and system abstract design.
1. More than 8 years of experience in enterprise-level application development, and more than 3 years of experience in managing a technical team of 40+ people.
2. Led the design, development, or refactoring of at least one core system such as HR/ERP/Finance.
3. Solid fundamental skills, strong technical decision-making ability, proficient in Java technology ecosystem and mainstream front-end technology frameworks.
4. Familiar with enterprise system characteristics: permission models (RBAC/ABAC), workflow engines (Activiti), data compliance, etc.
5. Good at inspiring team potential and cultivating technical backbones.
