Job Description

We are looking for an IT Field Technician with one open position available. The role involves providing Tier 1 or 2 IT support, troubleshooting network connectivity issues with various devices such as laptops, desktops, servers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone, email, and other channels to gather information for troubleshooting and collaborating with sales representatives, customers, and remote technicians to resolve network-related problems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10 and server versions, Mac OS, and other mainstream applications, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have a working vehicle for site visits. This is a contract-to-hire position with a focus on career growth and customer success.

Must Have:

  • Collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and remote technicians to resolve network-related problems.
