Your Mission as IT Onsite Support Engineer:
- You analyze and resolve complex issues in first and second-level support (workplace systems, printers, telephony) and ensure IT operations at the site according to SLA.
- Administration of local IT systems (incl. client and backend) as well as support for specialist departments in onsite activities.
- You organize and manage IT equipment, maintain the hardware database, and reliably process tickets in the workgroups.
- Participation in the further development and administration of Service-Now, creation of documentation, and technical input for projects and initiatives.
- Identify weaknesses in processes and workflows and actively contribute to improvement measures.
What we look forward to:
- Completed training in IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
- Mandatory: Several years of experience in IT support, broad understanding of IT operations and support processes, very good technical understanding of IT infrastructures, and sound knowledge in the configuration and administration of Microsoft-based systems.
- Advantageous: ITIL V4 Foundation knowledge, Microsoft certifications, experience in regulated IT operations, knowledge in ServiceNow, as well as very good German and good English language skills.
- Strong customer, service, and consulting orientation combined with analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an independent and process-oriented way of working.
- High resilience in critical situations, combined with reliability, commitment, strong communication and coordination skills, and creativity in thought and action.
