Must have:

Job Description

To reinforce our recruitment team in Luxembourg, we are looking for an IT Recruiter (M/F).

You will be in charge of the full recruitment cycle for a variety of IT profiles across our different entities in Luxembourg. Our activities include a strong focus on Time and Materials projects as well as Fixed Price projects. In particular, you will play a key role in staffing consultants quickly on client assignments, which requires responsiveness and close collaboration with the business teams.

Our recruitment mainly covers Development technologies (from Juniors to Seniors), Cloud, DevOps, BI and Infrastructure (network & system).

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations Directors, Sales, Account Managers, other recruiters and colleagues to identify recruitment needs
  • Build and maintain sourcing strategies together with the recruitment team and the Operations Manager
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process (from sourcing to selection, including technical interviews with expert colleagues)
  • Contribute to our employer branding and presence at events and on various communication channels
  • Develop and maintain a recruitment pipeline for recurrent IT profiles
  • Proactively propose candidates to Hiring Managers to anticipate recruitment needs
  • Represent the company at recruitment events (Job fairs, IT conferences, Open days…)
  • Keep an accurate and detailed track of candidates in our internal system

Your Profile

  • A first professional experience in IT recruitment or a good knowledge of IT profiles
  • Experience in headhunting is a plus
  • Familiarity with Luxembourgish labour law and work permit procedures would be an advantage
  • Fluency in French and English are required; other languages are an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset and the ability to work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams
  • Team-oriented, curious, creative, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a variety of clients and projects
