Job Description

The IT ServiceDesk Specialist will provide support to end users, manage equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software. The specialist will also manage IT equipment, prioritize support tickets, develop knowledge base articles, and collaborate with other IT teams. The role requires a proactive approach and technical expertise to maintain high service quality and implement new solutions. The specialist will also stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices. This role offers an opportunity to solve problems and work in a dynamic environment.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Basic knowledge of network devices configuration.
  • Experience with IT service management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Apple’s OS.
  • In-depth knowledge of a PC's hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Meticulousness in performing given tasks.

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for an IT ServiceDesk Specialist to join our IT team! As a new member, you will be responsible for providing support to our end users, managing equipment, and more. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment. Daily responsibilities 

  • Provide support to End Users through all available channels to ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software and peripherals.
  • Manage IT equipment and keep stocks updated.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using ITSM tools.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain IT solutions.
  • Participate in projects to improve IT support processes and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
  • Researching new solutions that will improve our everyday work in the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Basic knowledge of network devices (configuration and administration).
  • Experience with IT service management systems and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Apple’s OS.
  • In-depth knowledge of a PC's hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Meticulousness in performing given tasks.
  • A big plus if you’re a gamer!
