Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Researcher for their Recruitment Team. This full-time or hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland, involves identifying and sourcing candidates, preparing job ads, screening resumes, handling candidate communication, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in candidate search or recruitment support, be fluent in Polish and English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. An interest in talent acquisition and video games is a plus.

  • Identifying and sourcing potential candidates using mainly Linkedin and other proprietary recruitment tools.
  • Preparing and publishing job ads.
  • Screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Handling communication with candidates.
  • Supporting the Recruitment team in administrative tasks related to hiring processes.
  • Min. 1 year experience in candidate search or supporting recruitment processes in an agency or inhouse.
  • Graduate of HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or students in their final years.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Good command of Linkedin search features and willingness to explore it.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
  • Meticulous to everyday tasks.
  • Great time-management skills and strong communication skills.
