ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer II to join our growing IT team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented, global group of professionals who are passionate about technology and open to fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
As an IT Support Engineer II, you will provide hands-on support to Bluevine employees, diagnosing hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders while contributing to major IT projects that enhance our infrastructure and support broader business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of business IT systems, excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong time and project management skills, and outstanding interpersonal communication. Your success will be defined by your ability to resolve issues efficiently, contribute to process improvements, and deliver a high standard of service across the organization.
