Your Profile:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in information technology, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with cloud services (AWS or similar) is an advantage
• Experience in server management is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• High technical affinity, passion for information technology, and the desire to learn new things
• Independent, reliable, and structured team player
• High degree of commitment, personal responsibility, motivation, and quick comprehension

Your Tasks:

In cooperation with our external IT service provider, you are responsible for:

• First-level support Mac and Windows (network technology – TCP/IP, computers, printers, telephony, Office 365, Teams)
• Setting up new workstations
• Management and procurement of hardware and software according to IT guidelines
• Coordination and interface with external IT partners
• User support: MS Teams, Office 365
• Management of mobile devices
• Creation of documentation and participation in internal IT projects
• Employee training on IT topics (IT security, Office 365, …)
• Support for the entire IT system (incl. IP telephony system)
