Job Description
As a Working Student in the IT Support team for applike group, you will be responsible for keeping the office infrastructure and tech setup running smoothly. This includes providing first and second-level support for computer hardware and software (macOS and Windows), and managing over 250 workstations in a fast-paced environment. You will work with various tools like Google Workspace, Office 365, and Jira, and ensure the continuous operation of workplace technology including network, Wi-Fi, internet access, and meeting rooms. The role also involves setting up and removing technical equipment.
Must have:
- Provide first/second-level IT support
- Support macOS and Windows
- Manage over 250 workstations
- Work with Google Workspace, Office 365, Jira
- Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of operating systems

What you will do:
- You will provide first and second-level support with computer hardware and software (macOS and Windows) as well as the set-up and removal of technical equipment.
- You will manage and support over 250 workstations in a fast-paced environment
- You will work with Google Workspace, Office 365, Jira, Unifi, and many more
- You will ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working— Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.
- Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
Who you are:
- You are currently studying in Hamburg and are looking to gain some hands-on experience in the field of IT
- You can showcase strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- You bring good knowledge of operating systems (Windows & MacOS) and popular client applications
- You are a team player and eager to improve yourself every day
- You are independent, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
