The Senior Supply Partnership Manager will join the APAC team, focusing on continuous publisher revenue and relationship development, analyzing monetization performance, and strategizing partnership expansion using adjoe's services and products.
Must Have:
  • 4+ years experience in tech sales/account management, preferably adtech/mobile advertising.
  • Understanding of standard adtech KPIs.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Expertise with Google Suite (Sheets and Slides).
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Drive to impact sales, acquire T1/T2 enterprise clients in Taiwan.
  • Develop new clients and establish creative growth strategies to increase partner revenue.
  • Manage pipeline: lead generation, reach-outs, closing for T1/T2 enterprise clients in Taiwan.
  • Establish strong relations with potential Enterprise publisher partners in Taiwan and APAC region.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on client onboarding and growth.
  • Track activities and pipeline using CRM.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations for partners.
  • Attend events to meet potential clients.
  • Gather and communicate partner needs and industry trends internally.
  • Ability to work in an international English-speaking team.

Meet Your Team: APAC Supply Partnership

Big ambitions lead to big impact – and big revenue numbers. The Supply Partnerships team is an indispensable unit in driving adjoe to reach every single app user on the globe. You don’t just focus on seamlessly integrating our ad solutions into publishers’ apps, you tell publishers what they need to do to create the most engaging ad experiences for their users. Today, our formats reach hundreds of millions of monthly active users through our extensive network of publisher apps. Join this highly charged team and reshape the way apps operate their business! As our Senior Supply Partnership Manager you are part of the APAC Team at adjoe and work in partnership with our Partnerships Team in HQ (Hamburg, Germany) whilst collaborating with your teammates from the EMEA and US offices. This role is focused on continuous publishers’ revenue and relationship development with adjoe’s monetizing clients. Day to day you will be responsible for analyzing monetization performance data, coming up with strategies to expand the partnerships whilst leveraging adjoe services and products.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in tech sales or account management, preferably in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record.
  • You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.).
  • You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in Mandarin and English)
  • You are an expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)
  • You have experience using a CRM
  • You have an output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy a strong sense of ownership
  • You are hungry to make a real impact in sales and win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Taiwan
  • Work location: Singapore

What You Will Do:

  • You will develop new clients and establish creative growth strategies to further increase our partner’s total revenue.
  • Be responsible for overall pipeline management including lead generation, reach-outs, and closing for Tier1 and Tier2 enterprise clients in Taiwan.
  • Establish strong relations with potential Enterprise publisher partners in Taiwan and APAC region and ring them to use adjoe’s monetization solution.

  • Use our CRM to track activities and the pipeline.
