We are looking for a Junior 1C Developer / Support Engineer.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support users in 1C systems.
• Develop new functionality and enhancements in 1C.
• Automate and optimize current company processes.
• Write user/technical instructions and keep documentation up to date.

We expect from you:

• Basic development experience in 1C and knowledge of 1C/SQL query language.
• Experience in user support (triage, troubleshooting, resolution).
• Soft skills: responsibility, teamwork, clear communication, independence.
• Ability to meet KPIs:
• Software development velocity > 20 story points.
• ≥90% of user support tickets closed.
• No overdue responses to support tickets; support report generated and submitted on time.

Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
