Junior Accountant
Job Summary
Job Description
The Junior Accountant at Futurum Technology will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry of invoices and bank statements, bookkeeping, document management, liaising with government agencies, preparing financial analysis and forecasts, and performing other accounting duties. The role also involves preparing and verifying contracts and contributing to month-end/year-end closing procedures. This part-time position offers flexibility and a collaborative work environment in a central Krakow location. The ideal candidate will be pursuing studies in Administration, Finance and Accounting or Economics (at least 3rd or 4th year) and possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.

Opis stanowiska
- Wprowadzanie faktur i wyciągów bankowych;
- Księgowanie dokumentów firmowych i nadzór nad obiegiem dokumentów;
- Kontakt z urzędami;
- Przygotowywanie analiz i prognoz finansowych;
- Realizacja zadań finansowo-księgowych;
- Sporządzanie i weryfikacja umów;
- Inne czynności związane z zamykaniem miesiąca/roku.
Kwalifikacje
- Studia: Administracja/Finanse i Rachunkowość/Ekonomia, z oczekiwaniem posiadania wiedzy na poziomie zaawansowanym (min. 3 lub 4 rok studiów);
- Komunikatywność, wielozadaniowość i dobra organizacja pracy;
- Język angielski na poziomie min. B2;
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w sporządzaniu wniosków o dofinansowanie z funduszy Unii Europejskiej.
