The Key Account Manager - Pharma is the key interface between Philips and its customers, responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving continuous improvement of relations with existing and potential customers in Mexico for Pharma. The role involves end-to-end account management for Personal Care and Philips Avent portfolios, forecasting sales, building strong relationships in modern and traditional channels, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing Joint Business Plans.
Must Have:
  • Acquired +7 years of experience in Sales in Pharma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Completed university degree in finance, engineering or marketing
  • Bilingual English proficiency
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time

The Key Account Manager- Pharma is the key interface between Philips and its customers - develop, maintain and drive continuous improvement of the relations with existing and potential customers in Mexico for Pharma. The portfolio you will manage is Personal Care and Philips Avent.

Your role:

  • End to end Account Management opportunity in assigned accounts (Farmacias Guadalajara, Farmacias del Ahorro, Farmacias Benavides, Faramcias Yza and Distributors such as Nadro, Fanasa, Marsam)
  • Forecasting sales and revenue for assigned accounts; initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting sales actions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships in the modern (Pharmacies) and traditional (distributors) channel to develop strategic account plans for each key customer.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell potential
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain)
  • Develop and Implement Joint Business Plan

  • You’ve acquired +7 years of experience in Sales experience in Pharma.
  • Your skills include excellent communication, Entrepreneurial attitude.
  • You have a completed university degree in finance, engineering or marketing.
  • You speak bilingual english.
  • You can travel 40% of the time.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role, based in our office in Interlomas.
