The opportunity aims to help young people enter the job market through a combination of training and professional experience.You will be integrating the Philips People Services team, providing operational and support to people processes.Your role:- Support in the registration of benefit movements (inclusions, changes, and exclusions) such as medical plan, life insurance, pharmacy insurance, meal voucher, and food voucher;- Monitor payments and perform controls related to the benefits budget;- Provide support in promotion, transfer, and organizational update processes;- Support in the preparation and updating of contracts;- Contribute to activities related to collective agreements and internal HR policies;- Assist in other administrative routines of the Human Resources area.Requirements:- Be between 16 and 22 years old;- High school student or completed;- Intermediate Excel knowledge;- Availability to work part-time Monday to Friday in Blumenau/SC;- We are looking for organized, dynamic, and proactive people who like to learn, face challenges, work with processes, execution, and information control, and who are interested in developing a career in Human Resources with a focus on HR operations, policies, processes, and labor law;Program Structure:The program has an estimated duration of 24 months and is structured with the following workload:* 4 days a week activities at the company,* 1 day a week learning course activities.The Philips Young Apprentice Program will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to projects that have a real impact on people's lives.
