Job Description

The HR Business Partner will work with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to build organizational and people capability. This role involves collaborating with internal and external centers of expertise to shape and implement effective people strategies and activities, supporting designated business areas, and co-creating people products and initiatives. The partner will also facilitate change, develop talent, and provide business and HR insights.
Must Have:
  • Supports designated area of the business to develop a people strategy.
  • Works with the wider HR team, business, and employees to co-create people products and initiatives.
  • Plans, forecasts, and brokers HR activity, overseeing delivery.
  • Facilitates discussions around change and transformation.
  • Works with the wider HR team to deliver products that encourage and support people development.
  • Works with leaders to identify and develop talent, creating career-defining experiences.
  • Works with leaders to define people priorities aligned with desired employee experience.
  • Provides business insight to HR and HR insight to the business.
  • Owns the employee lifecycle and key people practices for functions of responsibility.
  • Works with relevant HR Centres of Excellence to build insight into employee sentiment.
  • Provides development and coaching for managers to optimize team performance.
  • Have a hands on approach and support other areas of the HR team.
  • Ability to question and challenge leaders to get to the root of people and business issues.
  • Team Player committed to contributing to the success of HR as well as the business.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
  • A progressive non-bureaucratic approach to HR.
  • The ability to work in an agile way with a user focus.
  • Strong marketing, communication and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives.
  • Substantial HR Business Partnering experience within a commercial HR environment.
  • Proven track record of turning business plans into people capability strategies and actions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports designated area of the business to develop a people strategy to support the aims, objectives and tactical challenges of these areas.
  • Working with the wider HR team, the business and employees to co-create the right people products and initiatives.
  • Plan, forecast and broker HR activity – overseeing delivery by calling on the expertise of others.
  • Facilitate discussions around change and transformation
  • Work with the wider HR team to deliver products that encourage and support our people owning their development by providing them with a range of different options, resources and experiences.
  • Work with leaders to identify and develop their talent, ensuring we create numerous career defining experiences for our people.
  • Work with our leaders to define people priorities that align with the experience we want to create for our people.
  • Provide business insight to HR and HR insight to the business
  • Own the employee lifecycle and key people practices for functions of responsibility.
  • Work with relevant HR Centres of Excellence to build our insight in how people feel and what’s important to them.
  • Provide development and coaching for managers to ensure they know how to get the best out of, and for, our people.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
