Investment / Strategy Analyst

The Investment / Strategy Analyst will shape Tripledot Studios’ financial strategy by optimising marketing spend, profit margins, and forecasting across our portfolio of mobile games. This role involves working closely with studio CEOs and senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights that drive growth and efficiency, sitting at the intersection of finance, marketing, and game development with direct influence over a large marketing budget. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, a structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable with complex financial models, and passionate about the gaming industry.

Must Have

• Develop and optimise portfolio-wide budget allocation frameworks to maximise returns and align with business goals.
• Build, refine, and audit forecasting and predictive models for user acquisition, LTV, and monetisation.
• Partner with studio leadership to validate marketing assumptions, improve financial planning, and streamline reporting.
• Lead marketing and monetisation workstreams in M&A due diligence, modelling acquisition opportunities and long-term growth impact.
• Provide financial and competitive analysis to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and value creation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and budget allocation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with C-level executives and studio CEOs across multiple regions.
• Experience working with complex financial data and coordinating cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working independently to analyse data and deliver actionable insights.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience, ideally from investment banking, management consulting, or a Big Four accounting firm.

Role Overview

The Investment / Strategy Analyst will shape Tripledot Studios’ financial strategy by optimising marketing spend, profit margins, and forecasting across our portfolio of mobile games. You will work closely with studio CEOs and senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights that drive growth and efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of finance, marketing, and game development, with direct influence over one of the largest marketing budgets. You will have rare exposure to senior stakeholders across multiple studios within a fast-growing global company. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Comfortable with complex financial models and engaging C-level executives, with a passion for learning about the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
