Job Description
As a Junior Integration Analyst at Wabtec, you will be crucial in ensuring software quality by conducting integrated tests and validating proposed architectures. You will prepare test artifacts, analyze failures, and guide development teams in finding solutions. Your daily tasks will involve working on global projects, developing and executing test plans for PTC systems, maintaining test labs, and automating processes to enhance efficiency. This role requires prior experience in railway operations, advanced English, and knowledge of programming, agile methodologies, and Windows OS.
Must have:
- Previous experience in Railway Operations
- Advanced English for communication
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience in developing system test plans
- Experience in creating test cases
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, Kanban, among others

Job Details
How will you make a difference?
As part of the Integration department, the Junior Integration Analyst will be responsible for conducting integrated tests (third stage mentioned above). Prepare the necessary artifacts for the correct documentation of integrated tests, with the aim of validating the proposed software architecture. Analyze failures and defects to identify possible causes and guide development teams in the search for corrections. Supervise and support product implementation and maintenance.

What will your day-to-day be like?
- Work within the scope of Wabtec Brazil's Integration Segment (Juiz de Fora - MG);
- Work on projects (test lifecycle) in Brazil, India, and the USA;
- Develop test plans and scenarios related to the software qualification process and components of the PTC (Positive Train Control) system;
- Execute PTC system test procedures;
- Ensure the quality of software delivered by the Integration laboratory;
- Configure and operate existing simulators in the PTC Integration test laboratory;
- Assist in the maintenance (predictive/corrective) of the Integration test laboratory;
- Identify and analyze failures in the PTC system, collect evidence, and record occurrences in the testing tools;
- Generate Test Reports (standard model) and ensure deliveries;
- Communicate defects found in tests to developers;
- Analyze bugs and defects and propose solutions to improve the product;
- Prepare work estimates;
- Automate processes to streamline work within the scope of the Integration department;
- Communicate results to leadership
