Job Description
The Junior Associate - Analytics & Insights will develop a basic understanding of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Service and provide business solutions for client performance tracking. This role contributes to client satisfaction by delivering actionable insights, error-free deliverables, and timely resolutions to client queries. Responsibilities include supporting the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of delivery management tasks such as report and database management, and data quality checks. The associate will assist in providing performance overview analysis and business-issue analysis to FMCG clients and triage customer queries across client category groups, tracking actions for improvement. The job description includes tasks related to data, reports and resolution of queries.
Must have:
- Develop basic knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Service.
- Deliver business solutions for client performance tracking.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and resolve queries.
- Execute, monitor, and improve delivery management tasks.
- Provide performance overview and business-issue analysis.
- Triage customer queries and track actions for improvement.
Job Details

- Contribute to client satisfaction through making actionable insights/ error-free timely deliverables/ resolving queries
- Support to execute, monitor, and continuously improve the delivery management an service-related tasks assigned to the workstream as report, database management, and data quality checks
- Support to provide performance overview analysis and business-issue analysis to FMCG clients
- Responsible for triaging of customer queries/ request (data, reports, resolution) across client category groups and tracking actions for improvement as needed
