Job Description
This role involves supervising and assigning tasks to QC staff, ensuring the quality of collected market research data, and preparing daily/weekly reports. The supervisor will also guide QC staff and occasionally conduct fieldwork. Candidates should be honest, diligent, patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided.
Good To Have:
- Experience in fieldwork
- Experience as an Interviewer or QC at market research companies
- Experience managing teams in other professions
