Betsson Group is seeking a problem-solver and excellent communicator to join their award-winning customer service team in Malta. This role focuses on providing the best customer experience by assisting Dutch and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, translating promotional texts, and adhering to company policies on player safety and responsible gaming. Good To Have:
  • Previous iGaming experience
Must Have:
  • Help both Dutch and English speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone
  • Work together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPI's)
  • Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
  • Communication written and verbal in both Dutch and English
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in customer service (face to face, online or via phone calls)
  • Multi-tasking and time management
