Who will you be working with? Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Assembly department team, working on the 1400-2200 shift (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for lifting heavy equipment with lifting equipment; hoists & chains the role is to assemble various sized radiators. Assembling parts using air and battery powered tools, spanners, some use of platforms, processing product through different assembly stages, pressure testing with airlines, palletising product using pump trucks. PPE supplied; safety glasses, ear protection, overalls, bump caps, gloves, safety boots (and visors where relevant) You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
