Job Description
CIMIGO is seeking a Project Management Supervisor to manage and assign tasks to employees, ensuring market research projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role involves supervising field staff (20-30% fieldwork). Candidates should be 22-30 years old, able to work under high pressure, and have experience in project or team management. Honesty, diligence, and patience are key, along with a willingness to travel for business.

- Priority for candidates who have worked as Interviewers, QCs at Market Research companies
Must Have:

- Ensure market research projects are completed correctly, achieving quality and on schedule
- Manage project costs within the approved budget
- Supervise the work of field staff

- Supervise the work of field staff (Fieldwork 20-30% of working time).
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, aged 22-30.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Experience in project management/team leadership.
- Priority for candidates who have worked as Interviewers, QCs at Market Research companies.
- Honest, diligent, patient.
- Able to travel for business when required.
