HELPLINE Lille is looking for new talents for the position of bilingual German French service desk agent M/F
Do you know what a service desk agent does?
Their role is to provide remote support for users who encounter incidents related to a company's IT tools.
Your typical day will involve taking user calls or responding to requests by email or chat, qualifying and diagnosing incidents, resolving them remotely, or transferring requests to a team of specialized technicians if necessary.
You will ensure the follow-up of incidents until their closure.
All in French and German.

You ideally have a first experience in customer relations (tele-advisor, customer advisor, in-store advisor, after-sales service…)
You show real curiosity for the field of IT.
Do you speak Deutsch? This is an opportunity to practice daily!
