This role involves providing remote IT support, handling user calls, emails, and chats, diagnosing and resolving incidents, or escalating them to specialized technicians. The agent will also ensure incident follow-up until closure, performing all tasks in both French and German. Comprehensive training is provided upon arrival.
Must have:
  • Handle user calls, emails, or chat requests
  • Qualify and diagnose IT incidents
  • Resolve incidents remotely or escalate to specialists
  • Follow up on incidents until closure
  • Provide support in French and German
Good to have:
  • Initial experience in customer relations (e.g., call center, customer advisor, retail, after-sales service)
  • Curiosity for the IT field

Job Description

HELPLINE Lille is looking for new talents for the position of bilingual German French service desk agent M/F

Do you know what a service desk agent does?

Their role is to provide remote support for users who encounter incidents related to a company's IT tools.

Your typical day will involve taking user calls or responding to requests by email or chat, qualifying and diagnosing incidents, resolving them remotely, or transferring requests to a team of specialized technicians if necessary.

You will ensure the follow-up of incidents until their closure.

All in French and German.

Training is provided upon your arrival! We are here to support you 😉

Qualifications

You ideally have a first experience in customer relations (tele-advisor, customer advisor, in-store advisor, after-sales service…)

You show real curiosity for the field of IT.

Do you speak Deutsch? This is an opportunity to practice daily!

Additional Information

Workplace in Marcq en Baroeul, accessible by public transport

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Position open to teleworking after the probationary period (maximum 3 days of teleworking, 2 days on site)
