Job Summary
N-iX is seeking a highly motivated Junior Compliance Specialist to join its Internal Audit team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in compliance and internal audit functions. The role involves supporting internal audit efforts by assessing compliance with critical international standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, and GDPR. Responsibilities include assisting with audit planning and execution, monitoring standard changes, reviewing policies, assessing risks, and supporting training initiatives.
Must Have
- Assist with planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits, focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, and GDPR compliance.
- Track and analyze changes in key compliance standards, evaluating their impact on business operations.
- Contribute to the review of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant standards and audit outcomes.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating compliance risks, particularly in information security, data privacy, and quality management.
- Help develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives.
- Participate in special compliance and audit-related projects as needed.
- Minimum 1 year audit experience.
- Familiarity with at least one compliance framework (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001 family, PCI DSS, SOC2, etc.), or strong willingness to learn.
- Clear and effective written and verbal English communication.

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Specialist to join our Internal Audit team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both compliance and internal audit functions within a dynamic and evolving landscape. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our internal audit direction by oversee a portion of the assessment of compliance with critical international standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management System), PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), SOC2 Type II, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), etc.
Responsibilities:
- Support Audits: Assist with planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits, focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, and GDPR compliance.

- Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
