Junior Compliance Specialist (Internal Audit)

N-iX is seeking a highly motivated Junior Compliance Specialist to join its Internal Audit team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in compliance and internal audit functions. The role involves supporting internal audit efforts by assessing compliance with critical international standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, and GDPR. Responsibilities include assisting with audit planning and execution, monitoring standard changes, reviewing policies, assessing risks, and supporting training initiatives.

Must Have

• Assist with planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits, focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, and GDPR compliance.
• Track and analyze changes in key compliance standards, evaluating their impact on business operations.
• Contribute to the review of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant standards and audit outcomes.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating compliance risks, particularly in information security, data privacy, and quality management.
• Help develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives.
• Participate in special compliance and audit-related projects as needed.
• Minimum 1 year audit experience.
• Familiarity with at least one compliance framework (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001 family, PCI DSS, SOC2, etc.), or strong willingness to learn.
• Clear and effective written and verbal English communication.
