Junior IT Specialist

The candidate will independently manage hardware and software (PCs, servers, and consoles) with regard to installation, configuration, and technical support. They will support approximately 320 users. The talent will assist the IT Manager in overseeing, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring the corporate infrastructure, including the corporate network. Responsibilities also include participating in activities such as performance monitoring and optimization, software updates, internal security, and managing peripheral devices. Additionally, the candidate will support the IT Manager in maintaining corporate reporting systems and daily backups.

• Excellent command of the English language, particularly technical terminology

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft365 applications (Outlook, Edge, Word, Excel...) and their installation

• Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of the Linux environment is a plus

• Basic understanding of data networks and storage systems

• Knowledge or experience in security and firewalling is appreciated

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Veeam, Microsoft365 etc. will be a preferred element

• Educational background in computer science or related fields
