Must Have
- Provide onsite support for hardware and software issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs.
- Image and configure computers using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and foster strong relationships with site users.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
- 4–7 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for imaging and device configuration.
- Strong customer service mindset with clear and empathetic communication.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general desktop support tools.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting users in organizations with high ticket volumes or backlogs.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

JOB OVERVIEW
Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced Onsite Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) to provide hands-on technical support for end-users, ensuring reliable IT operations and excellent customer experience. This role is crucial in enhancing user satisfaction, reducing backlogs, and restoring trust in IT support at the site.
Please note: you must have at least 4 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting in enterprise environments to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide onsite support for hardware and software issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Image and configure computers using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, fostering strong relationships with site users and restoring confidence in IT support.
- Act as a self-starter, working independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to improve support efficiency.
- Collaborate with remote IT teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
EXPERIENCE
- 4–7 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for imaging and device configuration.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with end-users.
- Experience supporting users in organizations with high ticket volumes or backlogs.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
