- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for at least 5 years
- Hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or equivalent observability platforms
- Solid understanding of Linux-based systems administration and network fundamentals
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

JOB OVERVIEW
Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or a similar platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and visibility by building effective logging, alerting, and diagnostic pipelines that help streamline support and operations.
This role requires strong expertise in infrastructure automation, log management, and monitoring systems, as well as a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and containerized environments.
Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a DevOps to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

EXPERIENCE
