Must Have

  • Lead end-to-end development of casino gaming digital products and features.
  • Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed product specifications.
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate product features in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work hand-in-hand with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and shortlist third-party technology vendors and manage integration.
  • Act as the key liaison among internal teams including casino operations, marketing, legal/compliance, design, IT, and development.
  • Champion the guest/player perspective in all product-related decisions.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in the global gaming and casino industry.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Monitor the regulatory landscape and stay current with GCGRA updates and guidelines.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Coordinate with the analytics team to define KPIs and performance metrics.
  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager with expertise in the gaming industry.

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a high-skilled Gaming Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and management of casino gaming digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of gaming ecosystems (both digital and land-based), with proven experience working on gaming platforms, content, user interfaces, and complex technical products.

This role involves defining product strategies that elevate the player experience and ensuring successful delivery in close partnership with design, engineering, IT, and vendor teams. The successful candidate will not only define what needs to be built and why, but will also collaborate with development and technical teams on how solutions should be implemented in line with the product vision. Demonstration of these technical collaboration skills will be a key part of the recruitment process, candidates must be able to leverage modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The role also requires ensuring that all gaming experiences are seamless, compliant with the regulatory framework established by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), and operationally effective.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY & EXPERIENCE

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of casino gaming digital products and features, ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, technical, and guest experience standards
  • Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed product specifications, integrating input from business units, operations, guest journey mapping, and development teams
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate product features in collaboration with stakeholders, designers, developers, and IT/engineering teams. Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure product requirements are not only feasible but also implemented in the most efficient, scalable, and maintainable way
  • Translate complex gaming and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences
  • Tech & Development Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements and architecture reviews to sprint planning, delivery, and QA
  • Ensure clear articulation of the what, the way, and the how in product deliverables to align business objectives with technical implementation. Understand and challenge technical trade-offs, system dependencies, and integration complexities. Champion agile and iterative delivery, ensuring strong alignment between product roadmaps and engineering capacity
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and shortlist third-party technology vendors, ensuring alignment with product, business, and technical requirements
  • Coordinate with procurement, IT, and app teams during vendor onboarding and integration. Oversee and validate vendor platform/system integration into the resort’s gaming infrastructure in partnership with engineering teams. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to optimize delivery, technical quality, and long-term performance
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison among internal teams, including casino operations, marketing, legal/compliance, design, IT, and development
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure business and technical goals remain aligned. Present product updates, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones clearly to leadership. Establish continuous feedback loops with both business stakeholders and engineering to refine direction
  • Customer & Player Experience Focus: Champion the guest/player perspective in all product-related decisions. Analyse player behavior and feedback to inform continuous product improvements. Ensure that digital gaming products deliver engaging, reliable, and seamless experiences across all touchpoints
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in the global gaming and casino industry. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Use insights to guide product direction and maintain a competitive edge. Monitor the regulatory landscape and stay current with GCGRA updates and guidelines
  • Design & Analytics Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the gaming journey
  • Coordinate with the analytics team to define KPIs and performance metrics for digital gaming products. Use data insights to refine features, identify new opportunities, and ensure measurable impact
