Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Junior .NET Developer for EU Institutions in Brussels. This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of .NET applications, integrating new features, optimizing systems, and ensuring quality. The developer will collaborate with project managers and senior developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions, contributing to impactful projects at national and European levels.
Must Have
- Build and maintain .NET applications
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
- Assist in integrating new features with existing platforms and services
- Contribute to optimizations and improvements
- Participate in testing, debugging, and validation activities
- Engage in regular team meetings and stakeholder discussions
- 1-3 years of experience in .NET development
- Foundational knowledge of .NET Framework/Core, C#, and object-oriented programming principles
- Basic experience with ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- Exposure to Git or similar version control tools
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks

Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of our applications. Working closely with project managers, senior developers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Application Development: Build and maintain .NET applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Integration Support: Assist in integrating new features with existing platforms and services.

- Database Fundamentals: Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Version Control Systems: Exposure to Git or similar tools.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Awareness of agile methodologies and best practices.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (Azure), or unit testing frameworks is a plus.
