Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Monitoring Engineer specialized in Dynatrace SaaS for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.

Context

You will join the Monitoring team to support the rollout of the Dynatrace platform, focusing on critical business applications and infrastructure. Your responsibilities include user group onboarding, serving as a SPOC for platform best practices, working with DQL, creating dashboards and notebooks, troubleshooting, and assisting with data visualization for specific teams.

Role & Responsibility

• Onboarding of users from development and infrastructure departments
• User guidance during onboarding on key Dynatrace tools and concepts
• Documentation of best practices in a FAQ – “how-to” document for users
• Creation and maintenance of dashboards in Dynatrace SaaS environment.
• Guide teams and users towards the most efficient ways in Dynatrace to perform tasks during incidents or in their day to day work.
• Build To Run quality review
• Create and maintain Technical User Guide
• Create and maintain Operations Guide
• Follow-up on issues reported by users
• Works in an agile way, following the scrum methodology
• Interacts with the engineers and specialists of the other teams
• Infrastructure teams
• Development teams
• Reports to the Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager.
• Works in close collaboration with the other members of the monitoring team and of the Monitoring Operations Center

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Knowledge of Dutch or French and English
• Customer oriented and solution minded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Technical Skills

• Experience with more complex infrastructure environments
• Proven knowledge of and experience with Dynatrace
• Having the Agile mindset, proactivity and autonomy are crucial
• Experience with monitoring tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of system performance metrics and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
