Bending Spoons is seeking a Junior Office Manager to transform their Milan or London offices into welcoming, efficient, and inspiring workspaces. This role involves maintaining office functionality, managing daily logistics, overseeing safety, troubleshooting issues, and proactively enhancing the workplace experience for team members. The ideal candidate will be driven, possess strong reasoning ability, and demonstrate excellent team spirit, contributing to a high-performing and ethical company culture.

  • Manage daily logistics—from deliveries and supplies to catering and maintenance—ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Oversee access and safety—handling temporary passes, emergency procedures, and security checks with care and precision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues quickly—maintaining seamless functionality across the workspace.
  • Proactively enhance the workplace experience—spotting opportunities, challenging the status quo, and driving creative improvements.

The selection process

If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won't extend an offer until we're convinced we've found the right candidate.
