Job Description
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
- Support engineering documentation, prototype development, and basic testing activities under supervision.
- Assist in analyzing product quality and performance, contributing to improvements and reporting.
- Input data into DFMEA and help with cost estimation and manufacturing engineering tasks.
- Participate in resolving simple production issues and support on-the-job training efforts.
- Learn and apply Aptiv standards, customer requirements, and basic analytical tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist in customer communications, contributing to process improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- 1 year of professional experience in manufacturing process development, especially in automotive or similar industry.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective time management and task/project execution.
- Good understanding of technical knowledge and design principles.
- High level of analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
